摘要
自然资源调查监测、自然资源统一确权登记、实景三维中国建设等工作的开展带来了丰富、多样、大量的多源异构成果数据。研究如何以开源化的技术对这些多源数据进行管理和利用,对于发挥多源数据的信息价值以及降低三维应用系统的建设成本具有非常重要的实用价值和参考意义。本文面向多源异构多类型的自然资源成果数据,阐述了多源数据的开源化处理、二三维数据的存储方式、多维空间数据的服务发布方法以及开源三维GIS构建的知识体系等关键技术,并创新性地运用于自然资源可视化管理和城镇房屋信息化建设中,为开源技术和行业应用的发展提供了有益案例。
The implementation of natural resources survey and monitoring,unified rights confirmation and registration of natural resources and real scene 3D China construction has brought rich,diverse,and large amounts of multi-source heterogeneous result data.The research on how to manage and utilize these multi-source data with open-source technology has very important practical value and reference significance for exert-ing the information value of multi-source data and reducing the construction cost of 3D application system.Aiming at multi-source,heteroge-neous and multi-type natural resource achievement data,we expounded the key technologies such as the open-source processing of multi-source data,the storage method of 2D and 3D data,the service release method of multi-dimensional spatial data,and the knowledge system constructed by open-source 3D GIS.It has been innovatively applied to natural resource visual management and urban housing informatization construction,which can provide a useful case for the development of open-source technology and industry applications.
