摘要
随着测绘技术体系升级换代和国家级、省级新型基础测绘试点工作的开展,测绘成果档案工作者迫切需要加强对新型基础测绘产品的管理。本文主要对湖北省测绘成果档案馆所接收入库的新型基础测绘产品进行研究,通过分析产品内容,结构化产品管理对象,搭建产品信息化管理模型,形成产品归档机制和管理标准等方式,设计了湖北省新型基础测绘产品管理体系框架。该框架的设计,建立了新型基础测绘产品与省级测绘成果保管相适应的组织管理模式,提升了湖北省新型基础测绘工作的规范化和标准化水平。
With the advancement of surveying and mapping technology system and the implementation of national and provincial pilot projects for new basic surveying and mapping,there is an urgent need for surveying and mapping archival workers to strengthen the management of new basic surveying and mapping products.We primarily focused on the new basic surveying and mapping products received and stored in the Hubei Provincial Surveying and Mapping Achievements Archive.By analyzing the product content,structuring the management objects,constructing an information management model for the products,and establishing product archiving mechanisms and management standards,we designed a management system framework of new basic surveying and mapping products in Hubei Province,which could establish an organizational man-agement model that aligning new basic surveying and mapping products with provincial-level surveying and mapping achievements storage,and enhance the standardization and normalization of new basic surveying and mapping work in Hubei Province.
