摘要
新中国成立以来,工业化为我国创造了巨大的物质财富,推动了我国经济社会的迅速发展。然而伴随着工业污染物造成的环境问题加剧、能源消费总量的不断攀升,传统的工业发展模式已经不再符合我国高质量发展阶段的需求。另外,绿色产业目前成为了全球关注的焦点,绿色技术竞争成为了国际竞争的重要内容。在新的时代背景下,推动符合绿色发展理念的新型工业化是解决现阶段资源环境问题、获得国际竞争优势的必然选择。具体而言,要加快推动绿色技术创新,发挥龙头企业带动作用,坚持市场导向,密切关注绿色产业市场需求,抢占绿色技术制高点,参与相关国际标准的制定,推广清洁能源的使用,推动传统工业升级转型,淘汰落后产能,发展资源综合利用项目,构建绿色供应链,积极参与绿色国际贸易。
Since the establishment of New China,industrialization has created tremendous material wealth and propelled rapid economic and social development.However,with the worsening environmental problems caused by industrial pollutants and the continuous increase in energy consumption,the traditional model of industrial development no longer meets the needs of China’s high-quality development stage.In addition,green industries have become a global focus,and competition in green technology has become an important aspect of international competition.In the new era,promoting new industrialization that aligns with the concept of green development is an inevitable choice to address current resource and environmental issues and gain international competitive advantages.Specifically,accelerating green technological innovation,leveraging leading enterprises to drive progress,adhering to market orientation,closely monitoring the market demand for green industries,seizing the commanding heights of green technology,participating in the formulation of relevant international standards,promoting the use of clean energy,facilitating the upgrade and transformation of traditional industries,phasing out outdated production capacity,developing projects for comprehensive resource utilization,constructing green supply chains,and actively participating in green international trade.
