摘要
非小细胞肺癌是发病率和死亡率极高的恶性肿瘤,常用的细胞模型和动物模型不能完全反映其生物学和临床多样性,开发新的药物筛选模型势在必行。肿瘤类器官是指用患者体内原发性肿瘤培养出的一种微型3D肿瘤细胞模型。由于与对应的亲本肿瘤拥有高度相似的组织学特征,并可重现该器官的生理功能,肿瘤类器官在再生医学、病因病理等多个方面得到了广泛的应用。本文总结了非小细胞肺癌类器官的建立方法及其在预测药物反应、研究耐药机制领域的应用,并对其在优化治疗策略和探索潜在疗法方面进行了讨论。
Non small cell lung cancer is a malignant tumor with high incidence rate and mortality.The commonly used cell models and animal models cannot fully reflect its biological and clinical diversity,so it is imperative to develop new drug screening models.Tumor organoid refers to a miniature 3D tumor cell model which was cultured from the primary tumor in the patient's body.Due to the highly similar histological characteristics with the corresponding parent tumor and the ability to reproduce the physiological function of the organ,tumor organoid has been widely used in regenerative medicine,etiology and pathology,and other fields.Herein,the establishing methods and their applications in predicting drug responses and studying drug resistance mechanisms for non-small cell lung cancer tumor organoids were summarized,and their optimization of treatment strategies and exploration of potential therapies were discussed.
