医护联合查房结合视频宣教对髋关节置换术患者功能锻炼的影响

Effect of combined doctors and nurses ward round with video education on functional exercise of hip replacement patients

目的:探讨医护联合查房结合视频宣教对髋关节置换术患者功能锻炼的影响。方法:选择我院于2022年1月—2022年12月期间收治的80例行髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组、对照组,各40例。对照组使用常规口头宣教方式,研究组使用医护联合查房结合视频宣教。比较2组患者功能锻炼依从性并采用Harris评分表评估患者出院时、术后1个月、术后3个月髋关节功能恢复情况。结果:研究组功能锻炼依从性较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),出院时、术后1个月和术后3个月,研究组患者髋关节功能评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在髋关节置换术患者康复锻炼中应用医护联合查房结合视频宣教,能够对患者术后功能锻炼起到很好的指导作用和督促效果,提高术后功能锻炼效果,促进患者髋关节功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of combined doctors and nurses ward round with videoeducation on functional exercise of hip replacement patients.Methods:Eighty hip arthroplasty patients treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:study group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The patients in the control group were given routine oral education,while the patients in the study group were given combined doctors and nurses ward round with video education.The compliance of functional exercise was recorded and compared between the two groups.The recovery of hip joint function at discharge,1 month and 3 months after operation was evaluated with Harris hip joint function scale.Results:The compliance of functional exercise in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the time of discharge,1 month and 3 months after operation,the hip function scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the application of combined doctors and nurses ward round with videoeducation on functional exercise of hip replacement patientsin the rehabilitation exercise of hip replacement patients,it can play a good guiding role and urging effect on postoperative functional exercise of patients.It is beneficial to improve the effect of postoperative functional exercise and promote the recovery of hip joint function.
