腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的疗效研究

Therapeutic effect of laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis

目的:观察急性阑尾炎患者采取三孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的有效性和安全性。方法:回顾性收集本院在2022年1月至2023年2月期间收治的行阑尾切除术治疗的84例急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料,按照阑尾切除术治疗方法的不同,将84例患者分为对照组(采取开腹阑尾切除术,41例)和研究组(采取三孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术,43例)。分析比较两组手术相关指标、术后康复指标以及术后并发症情况。结果:研究组的切口长度、手术时间均明显较对照组短,术中出血量明显较对照组少(P<0.05)。研究组的术后肛门首次排气、首次下床活动以及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症风险明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术相比于开腹阑尾切除术,可明显缩短急性阑尾炎患者的手术时间,减少手术创伤,有利于术后康复,且患者术后并发症较少。

Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of three port laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis patients.Method:Retrospective collection of clinical data from 84 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent appendectomy treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023.According to the different treatment methods of appendectomy,84 patients were divided into a control group(41 cases underwent open appendectomy)and a study group(43 cases underwent three port laparoscopic appendectomy).The operation related indexes,postoperative rehabilitation indexes and postoperative complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Result:The incision length and surgical time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first postoperative anal exhaust,Th First Ambulation,and hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The risk of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open appendectomy,three port laparoscopic appendectomy can significantly shorten the surgical time of patients with acute appendicitis,reduce surgical trauma,facilitate postoperative recovery,and have fewer postoperative complications.
