恩格列净辅助利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病患者的应用效果

Effect of engliglizin assisted Liraglutide in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients

目的:探究恩格列净辅助利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)的疗效。方法:选取2021年10月-2022年8月我院收治的98例T2DM患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例。两组均接受常规治疗,对照组给予利拉鲁肽治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予恩格列净辅助治疗。分析比较两组治疗3 m后的临床疗效、糖脂代谢指标、胰岛功能指标及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(95.92%)显著高于对照组(83.67%)(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的空腹血浆血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、总胆固醇、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯和稳态胰岛素评价指数指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组稳态胰岛β细胞分泌功能指数指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:恩格列净辅助利拉鲁肽治疗T2DM,可提高患者临床疗效,可有效调节患者糖脂代谢功能,减轻胰岛素抵抗且安全性较好。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of engliglizin assisted liraglutide in the treatment of type 2 Diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:98 T2DM patients admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group was given liraglutide treatment,and the observation group was given englaglizin adjuvant treatment based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes,islet function indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups after 3 months of treatment were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group(95.92%)was significantly higher than that of control group(83.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting plasma blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin level,total cholesterol,2 hours postmeal blood glucose,triglyceride and steady-state insulin evaluation index of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the secretory function index of stable isletβcells in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Enaglipzin assisted liraglutide in the treatment of T2DM can improve the clinical efficacy,effectively regulate the function of glucose and lipid metabolism,reduce insulin resistance and have good safety.
