聚合物pVT关系状态方程

摘要 聚合物的比体积(V)随压力(p)和温度(T)的变化过程主要通过聚合物的压力-比体积-温度(pVT)关系状态方程(EOS)进行描述。聚合物pVT关系状态方程可用作计算一定温度和压力条件下,聚合物的比体积,是研究聚合物相态演变及物质掺混分离规律的重要依据,也是高分子物理和聚合物加工模拟计算必不可少的模型之一。采用理论/半理论和经验方法建立了不同类型及特点的聚合物pVT关系状态方程,根据应用的不同需求而存在显著差别。随着高分子领域数字化智能化的发展,研究并建立了具有适用性和高预测精度的聚合物pVT关系状态方程,对新聚合物材料的开发和新型聚合物加工方法的建立具有重要意义。 The pressure-specific volume-temperature(pVT)relationship of polymers reveals the variation of specific volume(V)of polymer with pressure(p)and temperature(T),mainly described by the equation of state(EOS).The EOS for pVT relationship of polymers is used to calculate the specific volume of polymers within a certain temperature and pressure range.Polymer pVT EOS plays an important role in studying the evolution of polymer phase states and the laws of material mixing and separation,and it is an essential model for polymer physics and numerical simulation of polymer processing.The EOS is mainly established through empirical/semi-empirical and theoretical methods,and its types and characteristics vary significantly depending on the application requirements.With the development of digitalization and intelligence in the field of polymers,it is of great significance to study and establish EOS with applicability and high prediction accuracy for the development of new polymer materials and new polymer processing methods.
