Technical Status of High-pressure Oil-resistant Rubber Hose

介绍高压耐油胶管的技术现状,综述高压耐油胶管的结构、橡胶原材料、配方设计、生产工艺方面的现状及研究进展,分析各胶种在高压耐油胶管中应用的性能特点。我国需要从胶管基础材料、配方设计、生产工艺、胶管总成等上下游全产业链进行技术升级,尤其是基础材料需要加快国产化进程,使得高压耐油胶管达到耐超高压、耐百万次动态脉冲疲劳和耐频繁屈挠的高性能要求。

The technical status of high-pressure oil-resistant rubber hoses is introduced,the current status and research progress in the structure,rubber raw materials,formula design,and production process of high-pressure oil-resistant rubber hoses are reviewed,and the performance characteristics of various types of rubber used in high-pressure oil-resistant rubber hoses are analyzed.It needs to upgrade the technology of the entire industry chain,including the basic materials,formula design,production process,and hose assembly of rubber hoses.In particular,the localization process of basic materials needs to be accelerated,so that highpressure oil-resistant rubber hoses can meet the high-performance requirements of resistance to ultra-high pressure,million dynamic pulse fatigue,and frequent bending.
