摘要
基于三维设计软件CATIA对11R22.5TL-ECO轻量化全钢载重子午线轮胎进行参数化设计研究。利用参数化设计可以快捷地调整轮胎轮廓及材料分布,操作简单。三维设计软件约束画图使轮廓尺寸更精确,保证了轮胎尺寸设计的合理性,提高设计与仿真效率,有助于缩短开发周期,降低生产成本。
A parametric design of the 11R22.5TL-ECO lightweight all-steel truck and bus radial tires was carried out based on 3D design software CATIA.The use of parametric design could quickly adjust the tire contour and material distribution,with simple operation.The 3D design software constrained drawings to make the contour dimensions more accurate,ensuring the rationality of tire size design and improving design and simulation efficiency,which helped to shorten the development cycle and reduce production costs.
