耐FR3天然酯绝缘油的橡胶密封材料研究

Study of Rubber Sealing Materials Resistant to FR3 Natural Ester Insulation Oil

以矿物绝缘油变压器密封材料常用橡胶[丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)、氟硅橡胶(FVMQ)、氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)、氟橡胶(FKM)和氯丁橡胶(CR)]为研究对象,通过耐油性试验及相容性试验探究适用于FR3天然酯绝缘油密封的橡胶,并对适用橡胶的性能进行研究。结果表明:CR不适宜作为FR3天然酯绝缘油密封材料使用;ACM,FVMQ,HNBR和FKM的耐FR3天然酯绝缘油性能良好,可作为FR3天然酯绝缘油密封材料长期使用,其中FVMQ的综合性能最优。

Taking the rubbers commonly used in mineral insulated oil transformers sealing materials[acrylic rubber(ACM),fluorosilicone rubber(FVMQ),hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR),fluororubber(FKM)and chloroprene rubber(CR)]as the research objects,the sealing rubbers suitable for FR3 natural ester insulation oil were studied through oil resistance and compatibility tests,and the properties of the suitable rubber were studied.The results showed that CR was not suitable as a sealing material for FR3 natural ester insulation oil.ACM,FVMQ,HNBR and FKM had good resistance to FR3 natural ester insulation oil and could be used as long-term sealing materials for FR3 natural ester insulation oil,among which FVMQ had the best comprehensive performance.
