摘要
钢结构是建造石化装置的主要大宗材料之一,其费用影响石化装置的造价。以某石油化工装置钢结构建造为例,对钢结构的传统建造和预制加工建造两种方式的费用进行分析比较,发现:钢结构预制加工的费用比传统建造方式节省了2223.48万元,节约了46.96%。同时,钢结构预制加工的建造方式还可以减少高空作业、促进绿色环保施工、缩短工期、方便生产检维修等。
Steel structure is one of the main bulk materials in the construction of petrochemical equipment,and its cost affects the cost of petrochemical equipment.This paper takes the steel structure construction of a petrochemical plant as an example,the cost difference between traditional steel structure construction and prefabrication construction is analyzed and compared.It is found that the cost of prefabrication of steel structure is 22.2348 million yuan less than that of traditional construction,saving 46.96%.At the same time,prefabrication also has the advantages of reducing work high above the ground,improving site safety,promoting green construction,shortening construction period,and facilitating production inspection and maintenance.
