摘要
尽管国内防火标准较多,但是没有专门针对仪表防火的标准,现行标准涉及内容也不完整且不够详细。结合国内外的标准及工程实践,以仪表回路功能为基础,探讨了整个仪表系统的防火要求,主要分析及探讨了火灾风险区域与仪表设计的关系、防火技术与防火材料、检测元件的防火设计、仪表路由的防火设计、仪表阀门的防火设计,对比分析了国内外的规定及要求的差别与原因,给出了应综合整个仪表回路来考虑仪表防火设计的合理化建议。仪表防火安全要求越高,投资就越大,防火安全要求应具体分析每个场景,在安全与投资之间达到平衡。
Although there are many fire prevention standards in domestic,there is no dedicated standard for instrument fire prevention design,and the relevant current standards are not complete and not detailed enough.Based on the instrument loop conception,combining the domestic and foreign standards and engineering practices,the fire prevention requirements of the total instrument system are explored.This article mainly analyzes and explores the relationship between fire risk area and instrument design,fire prevention technology and materials,fire prevention design of detection components,fire prevention design of instrument routing,and fire prevention design of instrument valves.The differences and reasons between domestic and foreign requirements are analyzed.The reasonable suggestion is provided that the integral instrument system fire prevention design should be based on the entire instrument loop.The higher safety requirement means the more cost.Fire safety requirement and reasonable instrument fire prevention design should be based on analyzing each fire hazard scenario and the balance between the safety and cost.
