科技保险创新发展策略研究——基于山东省科技型中小企业发展需求调研

Research on the Innovation and Development Strategy of Technology InsuranceBased on Investigation of the Development Demands of Small and Medium-Sized Technology-Based Enterprises in Shandong

作为科技型中小企业风险防控的重要手段,科技保险的创新发展已成为行业关注的焦点,山东省科技厅、财政厅以及中国保险监督管理委员会山东监管局等多个部门联动,出台了系列政策激励企业购买科技保险,同时为科技保险的创新发展提供优渥条件。文章从山东省2023年已入库科技型中小企业中抽取样本,通过问卷调研,对科技保险的市场需求进行调研,依据调研结果,提出科技保险创新发展策略。

As an important means of risk prevention and control for small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises,the innovation and development of science and technology insurance has become the focus of attention.Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology,Shandong Provincial Department of Finance and Shandong Regulatory Bureau of China Insurance Regulatory Commission have cooperatively launched a series of policies to stimulate enterprises to buy science and technology insurance,and at the same time provide favorable conditions for the innovation and development of science and technology insurance.This paper draws samples from the small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises that have been registered in Shandong Province in 2023,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the market demand for science and technology insurance.Based on the survey results,this paper puts forward the innovation and development strategy for science and technology insurance.
