Effects of Stabilizer on the Properties of Conductive Adhesive Films

本文介绍了导电胶膜作为连接材料的优势以及存在的问题,并提出了解决方案。制备了添加不同含量稳定剂的导电胶膜样品,并对其进行了性能表征,结果表明通过添加稳定剂可以提高导电胶膜的储存稳定性,从而解决了导电胶膜由于储存稳定性差导致运输和使用不便的问题。

In this paper,the advantages of conductive adhesive films as connecting materials and the current problems were described.Meanwhile,the solutions were proposed.The conductive adhesive films with different contents of stabilizer were prepared,and their properties were characterized.The results showed that the storage stability of the conductive adhesive films can be improved by adding the stabilizer.Therefore,the inconvenience in transportation and use caused by the poor storage stability of conductive adhesive films is solved.
