摘要
为积极响应我校“四新”专业课程改革,突破学科屏障,以新理念、新方法促进现有专业实验课程转型升级,改革人才培养模式,满足国家未来发展需要,教研室根据实际教学中遇到的多种问题,以血脂检测实验为突破口,结合先进的虚拟仿真技术,构建了血脂检测虚拟仿真实验。虚拟仿真实验完全模拟医院的临床生化检验流程,以检测项目为引导,学生需独立完成样本制备、上机检测和报告解读,解决原有血脂检测实验教学中检测指标少、缺乏临床关联性、血液样本具有潜在传染风险、临床样本难以获取、生化分析仪使用成本高等诸多问题。并将诸多考核要点融入实验教学改革中,如操作细节、理论基础知识等,增强学生的学习积极性,提升学生的整体实验素养,从而提高生物化学实验教学质量。
In order to actively respond to the"four new"professional curriculum reform of our university,break through the disciplinary barrier,promote the transformation and upgrading of existing professional laboratory courses with new concepts and methods,reform the personnel training mode,and actively respond to the future development needs of the country,the teaching and research department,according to the various problems encountered in actual teaching,took the lipid testing experiment as a breakthrough,combined with advanced virtual simulation technology,and prioritized the construction of a virtual simulation experiment for lipid testing.This virtual simulation experiment completely simulates the biochemical testing process in a clinical hospital,with the testing project as the guide,students need to independently complete sample preparation,onboard testing and report interpretation.It solves many problems in traditional lipid testing experimental teaching,such as few testing indicators,lack of clinical relevance,potential infection risk of blood samples,difficulty in obtaining clinical samples,and high cost of using biochemical analyzers.Moreover,we have incorporated many assessment points,such as operational details and theoretical fundamentals,to enhance students'motivation,improve their overall laboratory literacy,and improve the quality of biochemistry laboratory teaching.
