摘要
目前使用的弹簧秤大多由单个弹簧设计而成,其精度受限。为此,通过并联方式设计了一种由两个弹簧组合而成的高精度大量程弹簧秤,其大口径弹簧主要承担载荷,精度较低;小口径弹簧承担载荷小,主要用于提高精度,实现微差式测量。这款简易新式弹簧秤测量时两个弹簧同时受力,所测结果为二者读数之和,可作为弹簧秤系列的补充。
The spring balance currently in use is generally designed by single spring with limited accuracy.For this reason,a spring balance with high-accuracy and wide-range was designed by assembling two springs,of which the one with large diameter bears main load and has little accuracy,the other with little diameter bears light load and is mainly used to improve accuracy,performing deviation type measurement.While measuring,the two balances simultaneously bear the load,of which the force of the spring scale is the sum of reading of both springs.
