10月7日,南部战区陆军某边防旅组织军营开放日活动,邀请当地小学师生走进营区。孩子们参观宿舍,体验训练器材,听部队故事,观看官兵虎虎生风的军体拳……相处虽然短暂,孩子们却对迷彩军营产生了浓厚的兴趣和向往。有的孩子表示:“长大了,我也要当解放军。”
On Oct.7,a frontier brigade of the Chinese People's Liberation Army(PLA)Southern Theater Command organized an open day,inviting teachers and pupils from local primary schools to their base.The children visited the barracks,tried training equipment,listened to stories,and watched vigorous military boxing performances.The brief event generated a strong interest in the military.Some children said,"When I grow up,I want to join the PLA."
