柳氮磺吡啶栓联合愈疡汤灌肠治疗直肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者的疗效及对血清sTREM-1、IL-10的影响

Efficacy of sulfasalazine suppositories combined with Yuyang decoction enema on patients with rectal ulcerative colitis and its influences on serum sTREM-1 and IL-10

目的探讨柳氮磺吡啶栓联合愈疡汤灌肠治疗直肠型溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者的疗效,及对血清可溶性髓样细胞触发受体(soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells,sTREM)-1、白介素(interleukin,IL)-10的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2022年7月我院收治的144例直肠型UC患者,随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,每组70例。对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗,研究组采用柳氮磺吡啶栓联合愈疡汤灌肠治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、血管sTREM-1、IL-10症状评分及Baron内镜评分。结果研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清sTREM-1、症状评分及Baron内镜评分较治疗前均降低,血清IL-10水平升高,且研究组改善更显著(P<0.05)。对照组与研究组的不良反应总发生率分别为2.86%、10.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柳氮磺吡啶栓联合愈疡汤灌肠治疗直肠型UC患者效果确切,可抑制血清sTREM-1表达,改善患者肠道炎症反应,降低症状评分及Baron内镜评分。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of sulfasalazine suppositories combined with Yuyang decoction enema in the treatment of rectal ulcerative colitis(UC),and the influences on serum soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(sTREM-1)and interleukin-10(IL-10).Methods A total of 144 patients with rectal UC admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sulfasalazine suppositories and the study group was treated with sulfasalazine suppositories combined with Yuyang decoction enema.The therapeutic effect,serum sTREM-1,IL-10,symptom score and Baron endoscopy score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum sTREM-1,symptom score and Baron endoscopy score of patients in both groups were lower than before treatment,and serum IL-10 level was increased,and the improvement was more obvious in the study group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the study group were 2.86% and 10.00%,respectively,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Sulfasalazine suppositories combined with Yuyang decoction enema has an obvious effect in the treatment of rectal UC patients.It can obviously inhibit the expression of serum sTREM-1,improve patients'intestinal inflammatory reaction,and reduce symptom score and Baron endoscopy score.
