摘要
在我国师范教育一百多年的历程中,师范性与学术性孰重孰轻始终是一个不解之问,这无论是在理论上还是实践中都是一个确实存在的真问题。加强师范性乃师范院校之本分,但长期以来,许多人总是局限于就“师范”言“师范”的思维方式,把师范性仅仅局限于与之直接相关的教育专业学科及相关活动的范围内,与学术性无关,甚至将其视为对立面。这种封闭的师范性虽然有其合理性,但过于狭隘和单一。随着对人的核心素养认识上的转变和现代教育目标的逐渐确立,教师专业发展的重心开始转移,要求教师的素质更具综合性、开放性、深刻性和现代性,故传统的师范性已不能完全适应现代教师教育的要求了。就现代师范教育而言,加强师范性除了就“师范”言“师范”,还需就“学术”言“师范”。由此,需要摒弃师范性与学术性的二元对立思维,打破二者之间的壁垒,把学术性视为师范性的重要基础,重视其内含的师范价值,借助学术性来丰富、拓展和深化师范性,构建一种更为大气和包容的师范性。
In the history of more than one hundred years of China's teacher education,the importance of either teacher training or academicality is always an incomprehensible real question,both in theory and in practice.It is the duty of teacher-training colleges or universities to strengthen teacher training,but for a long time,many people have always limited their thinking to the discussion of"teacher training"simply as it stands;specifically,they merely limit teacher training to the discipline of education and related activities,and think that it has nothing to do with academicality,and they even regard academicality as the opposite.This closed sort of teacher training is rational to a certain extent,but it is too narrow and single-sided.With the changed understanding of individuals'key competencies and the gradual establishment of the goals of modern education,teachers'professional development begins to shift its focus,and requires teachers to have comprehensive,open,profound and modern competencies.Therefore,the traditional teacher training can no longer fully meet the requirements of modern teacher education.As far as modern teacher education is concerned,we need to strengthen teacher education by not only discussing"teacher training"as it stands but also talking about it from the perspective of academicality.To this end,teacher-training colleges or universities need to abandon the binary thinking over teacher training and academicality,break the barriers between the two,regard academicality as an important basis for teacher training,attach importance to the teacher-training value contained in academicality,use academicality to enrich,expand and deepen teacher training,and build a more inclusive teacher training.
