静脉采血法、末梢采血法在血常规检验中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of venous blood collection and peripheral blood collection in blood routine examination

目的探讨静脉采血法、末梢采血法在血常规检验中的应用价值。方法120例行血常规检验者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组应用末梢采血法,研究组应用静脉采血法。对比两组的血常规检验结果[血小板计数(PLT)、白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)]以及满意度。结果两组MCHC对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的PLT、WBC、HCT、RBC、Hb分别为(233.18±49.63)×10^(9)/L、(5.44±1.29)×10^(9)/L、(0.39±0.04)、(4.11±1.06)×10^(12)/L、(114.52±20.48)g/L,优于对照组的(204.76±50.74)×10^(9)/L、(6.31±1.89)×10^(9)/L、(0.46±0.05)、(3.64±1.11)×10^(12)/L、(107.14±14.79)g/L(P<0.05)。研究组服务态度、操作技巧、心理指导满意度评分分别为(9.39±0.26)、(9.24±0.71)、(9.27±0.63)分,均比对照组的(8.27±0.37)、(8.37±1.09)、(8.34±1.09)分高(P<0.05)。结论血常规检验中末梢采血法、静脉采血法均具有一定的应用价值,但静脉采血法的应用价值更高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of venous blood collection and peripheral blood collection in blood routine examination.Methods 120 patients who underwent blood routine examination were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 60 cases in each group.Peripheral blood collection was used in the control group,and venous blood collection was used in the study group.Both groups were compared in terms of results of blood routine examination[platelet count(PLT),white blood cell count(WBC),red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)]and satisfaction.Results There was no significant difference in MCHC between the two groups(P>0.05).In the study group,PLT,WBC,HCT,RBC and Hb were(233.18±49.63)×10^(9)/L,(5.44±1.29)×10^(9)/L,(0.39±0.04),(4.11±1.06)×10^(12)/L and(114.52±20.48)g/L,which were better than(204.76±50.74)×10^(9)/L,(6.31±1.89)×10^(9)/L,(0.46±0.05),(3.64±1.11)×10^(12)/L and(107.14±14.79)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of service attitude,operation skill and psychological guidance satisfaction of the study group were(9.39±0.26),(9.24±0.71)and(9.27±0.63)points,which were higher than(8.27±0.37),(8.37±1.09)and(8.34±1.09)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both peripheral blood collection and venous blood collection have certain application value in blood routine examination,but venous blood collection has higher application value and is worth popularizing.
