系统护理干预对双相情感障碍狂躁症发作患者认知功能的影响评价

Evaluation of the Impact of Systematic Nursing Intervention on Cognitive Function in Bipolar Disorder Patients with Manic Seizures

目的分析系统护理干预方法在狂躁症患者护理中的价值以及对狂躁症患者认知功能的积极影响。方法选择医院2022年5月—2023年8月收治的50例双相情感障碍狂躁症发作患者,经随机数字表法分组,观察组患者(25例)采取系统护理干预,对照组患者(25例)采用常规护理干预,比较两组患者护理结果差异。结果护理后,观察组患者认知功能评分以及生活质量评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者护理后不同阶段的狂躁症状评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在双相情感障碍狂躁症发作患者临床干预中,利用系统护理干预方法成为增强患者认知功能、缓解临床症状的重要组成部分,并且与常规护理模式相比,更有助于提升患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the value of systematic nursing intervention in the nursing of manic patients and its positive impact on the cognitive function of manic patients.Methods Selected 50 cases of bipolar disorder manic episodes patients admitted to the hospital,grouped by randomized numerical table method,the patients in the observation group(25 cases)adopted systematic nursing interventions,and the patients in the control group(25 cases)adopted conventional nursing interventions,comparing the differences in the results of the nursing care of the patients in the two groups.Results After nursing care,the cognitive function scores as well as the quality of life scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);and the scores of the patients in the observation group for manic symptoms at different stages after nursing care were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions In clinical interventions for patients with bipolar disorder with manic episodes,utilizing a systemic nursing intervention approach becomes an important component in enhancing cognitive function,alleviating clinical symptoms,and contributing to a better quality of life for patients compared to conventional care models.
