Cox健康行为互动护理模式对维持性血液透析患者自我管理行为及皮肤瘙痒的影响

Effect of Cox Health Behavior Interactive Nursing Model on Self-Management Behavior and Skin Pruritus in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨Cox健康行为互动护理模式对维持性血液透析患者自我管理行为及皮肤瘙痒的影响。方法本次研究对象为在我院进行维持性血液透析的患者,就诊时间均在2022年3月—2023年3月期间,共计纳入110例,以随机数字法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各纳入55例,对照组患者在治疗期间采取常规护理模式,观察组采取的Cox健康行为互动护理模式,对两组患者的自我管理行为、血磷、血钙水平以及皮肤瘙痒改善情况进行分析。结果经干预后,观察组自我管理行为各项评分以及瘙痒缓解率均高于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的血磷水平低于对照组,血钙水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在维持性血液透析患者的护理中,应用Cox健康行为互动护理模式可有效提升患者的自我管理行为能力,缓解皮肤瘙痒,具有良好的护理效果。

Objective To explore the effects of Cox health behavior interactive nursing model on self-management behavior and skin pruritus in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods The subjects of this study were patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital,all of whom attended the clinic between March 2022 and March 2023,a total of 110 cases were included,and the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number method,with 55 cases included in each group.The patients in the control group adopted the conventional nursing model during the treatment period,and the Cox Health Behavior Interactive Nursing Model adopted by the observation group was used to analyze the self-management behaviors,blood phosphorus and calcium levels,as well as the improvement of skin itching of the patients in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of self-management behaviors and the itching relief rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);after the intervention,the blood phosphorus level of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the blood calcium level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the nursing of maintenance hemodialysis patients,the application of Cox health behavior interactive nursing model can effectively improve patients'selfmanagement behavior ability,relieve skin pruritus,and have a good nursing effect.
