规范化护理质量管理用于心外ICU术后的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Nursing Quality Management in Extracardiac ICU

目的探讨规范化护理质量管理用于心外ICU术后的效果。方法抽取2020年1月至2023年12月我院心外ICU收治的患者80例,以入住ICU先后顺序进行分组,2020年1月至2021年12月入住的患者为对照组,共40例,接受心外ICU常规护理管理,2022年1月至2023年12月入住的患者为观察组,共40例,采取规范化护理质量管理。对比两组的护理不良事件发生率、气管插管时间、ICU住院时间、护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组护理不良事件发生率更低、气管插管时间及ICU住院时间更短、护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论在心外ICU护理过程中,实施规范化护理质量管理可保障患者安全,降低护理不良事件发生率,缩短患者ICU住院时间,提高满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing quality management in extracardiac ICU.Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to the extrinsic ICU in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected and grouped according to the order of admission to ICU.Patients admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the control group,with a total of 40 patients receiving routine nursing management in extrinsic ICU.Patients admitted from January 2022 to December 2023 were in the observation group,a total of 40 cases,and standardized nursing quality management was adopted.Comparison indicators:incidence of nursing adverse events,tracheal intubation time,ICU stay time,nursing satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower incidence of nursing adverse events,shorter duration of endotracheal intubation and ICU stay,and higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of standardized nursing quality management can ensure the safety of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events,shorten the length of stay in ICU and improve the satisfaction of patients.
