摘要
目的观察延续性护理在儿童1型糖尿病中的实施效果。方法本文纳入对象均为我院收治的儿童1型糖尿病患儿,共有58例,且时间为2021年1月至2023年1月。遵照双色球法分为对照、观察两组,29例/组,护理方法分别为常规性护理、延续性护理。评估两组患儿护理前与护理后的血糖维持状况、生活质量、依从性评分,并对患者家属满意率、低血糖发生率、自我管理能力进行归纳计算。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平以及低血糖发生率均低于对照组,生活质量、依从性评分、家属满意率、自我管理能力评分观察组均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论将延续性护理运用到儿童1型糖尿病患儿中,可帮助患儿维持血糖理想范围,提升生活质量,增强患儿依从性,提高家属满意率,同时,还可提高患儿自我管理能力,防范低血糖情况发生。
Objective To observe the effect of continuous nursing in children with type 1 diabetes.Methods This article included 58 children with type 1 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023.According to the dual color ball method,they were divided into two groups:conventional and practical,with 29 cases per group.The nursing methods were routine nursing and continuous nursing,respectively.Evaluate the blood glucose maintenance status,quality of life,and compliance scores of two groups of children before and after nursing,and summarize and calculate the satisfaction rate of family members and the incidence of hypoglycemia,self management ability.Results After nursing intervention,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose 2 hours after meals,hemoglobin A1c level,and incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life,compliance score,satisfaction rate of family members,and self-management ability score in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of continuity of care to children with type 1 diabetes can help children maintain the ideal range of blood glucose,improve the quality of life,enhance children's compliance,and improve the satisfaction rate of family members.At the same time,it can also improve children's self-management ability,prevent hypoglycemia,which is recommended for reference.
