探讨基于障碍设置法的模拟教学在全科医学科护理带教中的应用

摘要 目的分析基于障碍设置法的模拟教学在全科医学科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年12月至2023年12月本院50名全科医学科护理专业实习生为研究对象,以随机抽签法分为对照组及观察组,两组均为25名。对照组,采取常规护理带教,观察组,采取基于障碍设置法的模拟教学。评估考试成绩、实习生能力及实习生满意率。结果观察组在考试成绩上高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习生能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习生满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于障碍设置法的模拟教学对全科医学科护理带教,能够提高实习生理论知识及实操水平,提升其综合能力,受到实习生的广泛认可。 Objective To analyze the application effect of simulation teaching based on obstacle setting method in nursing teaching of general practice.Methods A total of 50 nursing interns of general practice were selected as the research objects and were divided into groups by random lottery,with 25 students in each group.The control group was given routine nursing teaching,while the observation group was given simulation teaching based on obstacle setting method.The test scores,intern ability and intern satisfaction rate were evaluated.Results The test scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the intern ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the intern satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The simulation teaching based on obstacle setting method in nursing teaching of general practice can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical level of interns,enhance their comprehensive ability,and is widely recognized by interns.
