PBL在本科药学教学的实践——以1例药物热病案为例

摘要 建立比较完善的以问题为基础的教学法(PBL),为提高药学本科带教水平提供参考。以1例药物热病案为例,带教老师结合案例提出问题,学生针对问题进行文献查阅和分析后,在课堂上与老师和同学共同讨论,最后进行总结。学生带着问题对案例进行分析,可培养其自主学习和独立解决实际问题的能力。在实践过程中,学生很好地掌握了常见发热的原因、什么是药物热、药物不良反应的判断、合理用药的评价和分析等方面的知识,达到了较好的教学效果。 Establishing a relatively perfect problem-based learning(PBL)to provide reference for improving the teaching level of pharmacy undergraduates.In a case of drug fever,questions were put forward by the teacher and the literature was reviewed and analyzed by students.Then the questions were discussed and summarized by students and teacher in class.The students’ability of autonomous learning and independently solving practical problems were cultivated through analyzed the problems.In the process of practice,students have well mastered the causes of common fever,what is drug fever,the judgment of adverse drug reactions,the evaluation and analysis of rational drug use and other aspects of knowledge,to achieve better teaching effects.
