正元胶囊对自体造血干细胞移植术后患者造血及免疫重建的影响

The Effect of Zhengyuan Capsule on Hematopoietic and Immune Reconstitution in Patients After Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

目的探讨正元胶囊对自体造血干细胞移植术后患者造血及免疫重建的影响。方法选取接受自体干细胞移植的患者共40例,依据随机数字表法将其均分成2组,每组20例。对照组20例,给予标准预处理方案(BEAM/BECA方案)、标准流程干细胞回输及常规支持治疗;试验组20例,在对照组的基础上,在干细胞回输后次日开始口服正元胶囊(4粒/次,3次/天,连续治疗8周)。对比2组治疗前后的血常规(WBC、HGB、PLT)和T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8)水平。结果治疗前,2组血常规(WBC、HGB、PLT)、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组WBC、PLT恢复至正常值的时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),试验组治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正元胶囊可促进自体干细胞移植术后患者造血功能恢复及免疫重建,有助于减少该人群干细胞移植并发症,临床应用价值突出。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhengyuan capsule on hematopoietic and immune reconstitution in patients after autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods A total of 40 patients who received autologous stem cell transplantation were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,20 patients in each group.Both of the 2 groups were given standard pretreatment chemotherapy(BEAM/BECA),stem cell transfusion and support treatments.The patients in the treatment group took Zhengyuan capsule orally the next day after stem cell transfusion(4 capsules/time,3 times/day,for 8 weeks),while the patients in the control group did not take the drug.Complete blood count(WBC,HGB,PLT)and T lymphocyte subsets analysis(CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8)were detected before and after treatment in the 2 groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood cell counts(WBC,HGB,PLT)and T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)(P>0.05).After treatment,the recovery time of WBC and PLT in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In lymphocyte subsets analysis,CD3+cells,CD4+cells and CD4+/CD8+ratio in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhengyuan capsule is beneficial to hematopoietic and immune reconstruction as well as to reduce the adverse events after autologous stem cell transplantation.Zhengyuan capsule is worthy for extending in clinic.
