消化内镜技术对消化道肿瘤患者早期诊断价值的分析

Analysis of the Value of Digestive Endoscopy in the Early Diagnosis of Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumors

目的分析消化内镜技术对消化道肿瘤患者的早期诊断价值。方法选择102例患者为研究对象,根据数字随机分组对照原则分为两组,观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统内镜技术和外科手术,观察组采用消化内镜技术联合内镜下黏膜切除术,分析两组治疗效果、手术指标、并发症情况以及影像质量评分。结果观察组患者的诊断敏感度、准确率较高,组间差异明显,观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数较低(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率较低,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗缓解率较高,其进展例数较少,与对照组比较存在差异,P<0.05。观察组患者的形态影像、胃小凹分型影像、毛细血管影像分值较高(P<0.05)。结论消化内镜技术在消化道肿瘤患者早期诊断治疗中效果较好,可以有效提高疾病的诊断准确率,还能提升临床治疗效果,安全性较高,患者术后恢复较快。

Objective To analyze the value of digestive endoscopy in the early diagnosis of patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Methods A total of 102 patients were selected as the research subjects and divided into 2 groups,the observation group and the control group,the control group was treated with traditional endoscopic techniques and surgery,and the observation group was treated with digestive endoscopy combined with endoscopic mucosal resection,and the treatment effect,surgical indexes,complications and image quality scores of the 2 groups were analyzed.Results The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of the observation group were high,and there were obvious differences between the 2 groups,and the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and length of hospital stay were lower in the observation group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower and the difference was obvious(P<0.05),and the remission rate in the observation group was higher,and the number of progression cases was smaller,which was different from that in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of morphological imaging,gastric foveolar typing and capillary imaging in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Digestive endoscopy has a good effect in the early diagnosis and treatment of patients with gastrointestinal tumors,which can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease,improve the clinical treatment effect,and have high safety and rapid postoperative recovery.
