应用微型钢板治疗掌指骨骨折的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Microplate in the Treatment of Metacarpophalangeal Fracture

目的分析微型钢板治疗掌指骨骨折的临床疗效。方法随机选取2020年1月—2021年1月莘县人民医院收治的60例掌指骨骨折患者为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例,分别实施克氏针内固定治疗和微型钢板内固定治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、恢复时间、并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗优良率(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、骨折愈合时间以及掌指骨功能复常时间均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组出现1例切口感染,对照组切口感染、骨折愈合畸形各1例。两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微型钢板和克氏针内固定用于治疗掌指骨骨折时,安全性相当,并发症均比较少。前者的疗效更为显著,患者恢复效果好,恢复速度快。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of microplate in the treatment of metacarpophalangeal fracture.Methods Sixty patients with metacarpophalangeal bone fracture from January 2020 to January 2021 admitted to Xinxian People's Hospital were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The two groups were respectively treated with Kirschberg needle internal fixation and micro-plate internal fixation.The clinical efficacy,recovery time and complications rate were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The rate of excellent and good treatment in observation group(96.67%)was higher than that in control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).The hospitalization time,fracture healing time and metacarpophalangeal functional recovery time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in both groups of patients,and there was no statistical significance between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Microplate and Kirschner wire internal fixation are used to treat metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.The former has a more significant effect,and the patients have a good recovery effect and a fast recovery speed.The safety of the two groups is similar,and the complications are relatively few.
