经皮微创接骨板内固定术治疗四肢骨折的并发症发生率及临床效果分析

Incidence of Complications and Clinical Effect of Percutaneous Minimally Invasive Bone Plate Fixation in the Treatment of Limb Fractures

目的探究为四肢骨折患者提供经皮微创接骨板内固定术治疗的并发症发生率及临床效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月山东省寿光市人民医院收治的106例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组。对照组(53例)施以切开复位内固定治疗,研究组(53例)施以经皮微创接骨板内固定术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的临床相关指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前两组骨代谢指标相近,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组的骨钙素、骨保护素水平高于对照组,胶原C端肽水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率(5.66%)低于对照组(18.87%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.296,P<0.05)。结论经皮微创接骨板内固定术治疗四肢骨折的效果确切,可缩短术后恢复时间,减少并发症,安全性高。

Objective To explore the complication rate and clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous bone plate fixation in patients with limb fracture.Methods A total of one hundred and six patients with limb fracture admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital in Shandong Province from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random-number table method,the control group(53 cases)received open reduction and internal fixation,and the study group(53 cases)received minimally invasive percutaneous fixation.The treatment effect between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical correlation indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in bone metabolism indexes among two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of osteocalcin and osteoprotectin in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of collagen C-terminal peptide was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total complication rate in the study group(5.66%)was lower than that in the control group(18.87%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.296,P<0.05).Conclusion Providing minimally invasive percutaneous bone plate fixation for patients with fracture of limbs is effective,can shorten postoperative recovery time,reduce complications,which has high safety.
