鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响

Effects of Brucea Javanica Oil Emulsion Injection Combined with Chemotherapy on the Immune Function of Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 目的探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法方便选取2021年11月—2023年10月淮安八十二医院收治的96例非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(48例化疗治疗)和观察组(48例化疗联合鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗),对比两组患者临床效果、免疫功能及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平及不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采用化疗联合鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗非小细胞肺癌,可取得较佳的效果,能够调节患者免疫能力并降低不良反应发生率。 Objective To investigate the effect of brucea javanica oil emulsion injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 96 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Huaian 82nd Hospital from November 2021 to October 2023 were selected conveniently as the research object and divided into control group 48 cases(chemotherapy treatment)and observation group 48 cases(chemotherapy combined with Bruceae oil and milk injection treatment)by random number table method.The clinical effects,immune function and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the level of CD8^(+)and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with brucea javanica oil emulsion injection can achieve better effects,regulate immune capacity and reduce adverse reactions in non-small cell lung cancer.
