荜铃胃痛颗粒联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect of Biling Weitong Granule Combined with Quadruple Therapy on HP-positive Gastric Ulcer

目的探讨荜铃胃痛颗粒联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性胃溃疡的效果。方法方便选取2020年1月—2023年9月镇江市丹徒区人民医院收治的96例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用四联疗法治疗,观察组采用四联疗法加荜铃胃痛颗粒治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分与炎性因子水平。结果观察组临床总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分、炎性因子比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、炎性因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论Hp阳性胃溃疡患者在四联疗法基础上再加荜铃胃痛颗粒,可以显著提升患者疗效,改善患者症状并减轻炎性反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of Biling Weitong granule combined with quadruple therapy on HP-positive gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 96 patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric ulcer admitted to Dantu District People's Hospital from January 2020 to September 2023 were selected conveniently as the research object and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with quadruple therapy plus Biling weitong granule.The clinical efficacy,chinese medicine syndrome scores and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,higher than that of the control group 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in chinese medicine syndrome scores and the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,chinese medicine syndrome scores and the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of quadruple therapy plus Biling Weitong granules in HP-positive gastric ulcer patients,it can significantly improve the curative effect,improve the symptoms and reduce the inflammatory response.
