脐灸法联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒治疗老年胃肠道功能紊乱性腹泻的效果及对胃肠屏障功能的影响

Effect of Umbilical Moxibustion Combined with Live Bacillus Licheniformis Granules on Gastro⁃intestinal Disorder Diarrhea in the Elderly and Its Influence on Gastrointestinal Barrier Function

目的探讨脐灸法联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒治疗老年胃肠道功能紊乱性腹泻的效果及对胃肠屏障功能的影响。方法随机选取2021年1月—2023年3月广州市老年医院老年病治疗中心收治的82例老年胃肠道功能紊乱性腹泻患者为研究对象,以抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组采取常规治疗加地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒,观察组在对照组基础上加脐灸法。对两组治疗总有效率。肠道菌群水平、胃肠屏障功能指标水平进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的82.93%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.987,P<0.05)。两组治疗前的肠道菌群比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组肠道菌群水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的胃肠屏障功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组内毒素、单胺氧化酶水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论脐灸法联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒治疗老年胃肠道功能紊乱性腹泻的效果满意,可调节肠道菌群,改善胃肠道屏障功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of umbilical moxibustion combined with Bacillus licheniformis granules in the treatment of senile gastrointestinal disorder diarrhea and the effect on gastrointestinal barrier function.Methods Eighty-two elderly patients with gastrointestinal disorder diarrhea admitted to the Geriatric Treatment Center of Guangzhou Geriatric Hospital January 2021 to March 2023 were selected randomly as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group by drawing lots.The control group was treated with conventional treatment plus live bacillus licheniformis granules,and the observation group was treated with umbilical moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,intestinal flora level and gastrointestinal barrier function index level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.56%,higher than that of control group 82.93%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.987,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in intestinal flora between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of intestinal flora in observation group were better than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in gastrointestinal barrier function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of endotoxin and monoamine oxidase in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of umbilical moxibustion combined with Bacillus licheniformis granules in the treatment of senile gastrointestinal disorder diarrhea is satisfactory.
