信息-动机-行为技巧模型护理干预对胰腺癌患者术后营养管理与负性情绪的影响

Effects of info-motivation-behavioral skill model nursing intervention on postoperative nutritional management and negative emotions in patients with pancreatic cancer

目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型护理干预措施对胰腺癌患者术后营养管理与负性情绪的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2023年7月期间收治的112例行手术治疗的胰腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序将患者分为对照组(n=56)和干预组(n=56),对照组患者给予常规胰腺癌术后护理,干预组患者在常规护理的基础上按照信息-动机-行为技巧模型给予护理干预,对控制营养状态评分(CONUT)、心境状态量表(POMS)评分、17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HDRS-17)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、Spitzer生活质量指数(SQLI)进行比较分析。结果术后3个月,两组患者CONUT评分、POMS评分、HDRS17评分、HAMA评分、SQLI评分之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且干预组CONUT评分、POMS评分、HDRS-17评分、HAMA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),SQLI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型的护理干预措施有助于改善胰腺癌患者术后营养水平,缓解患者的负面情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on information-motivation-behavioral skills model on nutritional management and negative emotions in patients with pancreatic cancer after operation.Methods A total of 112 patients with pancreatic cancer who were admitted from January 2020 to July 2023 and underwent surgical treatment were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into the control group(n=56)and the intervention group(n=56).Patients in the control group received routine postoperative nursing care of pancreatic cancer.Patients in the intervention group were given nursing intervention according to the information-motivation-behavioral skills model on the basis of routine nursing.The controlled nutritional status score(CONUT),Profile of Mood States(POMS),17-item Hamilton Depression Scale(HDRS-17),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Spitzer Quality of Life index(SQLI)were compared and analyzed.Results There were significant differences in CONUT score,POMS score,HDRS-17 score,HAMA score and SQLI score between the two groups 3 months after operation(P<0.05),and the CONUT score,POMS score,HDRS-17 score and HAMA score of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),SQLI score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on the information-motivation-behavioral skills model can help to improve the nutritional level of patients with pancreatic cancer after operation and relieve their negative emotions.
