摘要
目的探讨饮食营养干预联合康复训练对轻、中度老年痴呆患者的治疗效果。方法随机将90例轻、中度老年痴呆患者分为干预组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规药物治疗和康复训练,干预组在此基础上给予饮食营养干预治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后营养状况、认知功能、生活质量及治疗过程中不良事件的发生率。结果治疗2个月后,干预组BMI、腹壁皮褶厚度、白蛋白和血红蛋白水平、简易智力状态检查量表评分及生活质量各项评分均较对照组改善(P<0.05),且不良事件发生率较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论饮食营养干预联合康复训练治疗能有效改善轻、中度老年痴呆患者的营养状况、认知功能和生活质量,降低不良事件的发生率。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of dietary nutrition intervention combined with rehabilitation training in the patients with mild to moderate senile dementia.MethodsNinety patients with senile dementia were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases each.Group C was given conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation training.Group A was treated with additional dietary nutrition intervention.The nutritional status,cognitive function,quality of life(QOL)and the incidence of adverse events during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,the BMI,thickness of abdominal skinfold,levels of albumin and Hb,mini-mental state examination score and QOL score were better in group A than those in group C(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was lower in group A than that in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary nutrition intervention combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the nutritional status,cognitive function and QOL of the patients with mild to moderate senile dementia,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
