摘要
劳动教育是高职院校育人格局中的重要组成部分,各高职院校严格按照党中央与教育部相关要求,积极探索,开创了多种劳动教育模式,然而仍存在弱化现象,含劳动教育地位被忽视、形式简单化、学生认知不清晰等问题。习近平劳动观对高职院校劳动教育的整体推进与质量提升具有重要的引领与指导意义。针对当前存在的问题,应当以习近平劳动观为遵循,建立完善的教育体系,充分整合教育资源,构建实践模式,探索高职院校劳动教育高质量发展路径,推动高职院校在构建“全员、全程、全方位”育人大格局的过程中实现高质量育人。
Labor education is an important component of the personality education bureau in vocational colleges.Each vocational college strictly follows the requirements of the Party Central Committee and the Ministry of Education,actively explores and creates various labor education models.However,there are still weakening phenomena,including the neglect of the status of labor education,simplification of forms,and unclearness of students’cognition.Xi Jinping’s concept of labor has important guiding significance for the overall promotion and quality improvement of labor education in vocational colleges.In response to the current problems,we should follow Xi Jinping’s concept of labor,establish a sound education system,fully integrate educational resources,construct practical models,explore the path of high-quality development of labor education in vocational colleges,and promote vocational colleges to achieve high-quality education in the process of building a“full staff,full process,and all-round”education pattern.
