导引头光学舱陀螺稳定平台设计

摘要 针对某红外导引模拟系统隔离度高、低速平稳性好、动态响应快的要求,从传动刚度、传动空回、框架转角、框架体积质量、控制难易及安装复杂程度等方面出发,通过分析比较万向框架式、连杆结构式、弧型结构式等稳定平台常见机构构型的特点和适用范围,选定并设计以速率陀螺为核心构成的万向框架式两轴陀螺稳定平台。分析了陀螺稳定平台隔离扰动的稳定原理,详细介绍了该陀螺稳定平台的结构构成、主要元器件选型及结构模态分析。样机测试表明,该陀螺稳定平台结构合理,能够较好地满足系统各项设计指标要求。 Aiming at the requirements of high isolation,low speed stability and fast dynamic response of an infrared guidance simulation system,from the aspects of transmission stiffness,transmission space,frame Angle,frame volume and weight,control difficulty and installation complexity,the characteristics and application range of common mechanism configurations of stable platforms such as universal frame,connecting rod structure and arc structure were analyzed and compared.A gimbal frame two-axis gyro stabilized platform with rate gyro as its core is selected and designed.This paper analyzes the stability principle of isolated disturbance of gyro stabilized platform,and introduces the structure composition,main components selection and structural modal analysis of the gyro stabilized platform in detail.The prototype test shows that the structure of the gyro stabilized platform is reasonable and can meet the requirements of the system design index.
