槟榔中4种酚类化合物的UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS分析

Analysis on the Four Phenolic Compounds in Areca Nut by UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子化-四级杆飞行时间串联质谱(UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS)分析方法,测定了不同产地(中国海南、广东、广西和越南、印度尼西亚)及批次的槟榔饮片中4种主要酚类化合物的含量。结果显示:海南产3批槟榔饮片中的4种主要酚类化合物原花青素B_(1)(2.476±0.090 mg/g)、儿茶素(3.379±0.108 mg/g)、原花青素B_(2)(0.108±0.010 mg/g)和表儿茶素(0.454±0.015 mg/g)含量的均值最高,且相对稳定;中国广东、广西和越南、印度尼西亚产槟榔饮片酚类化合物含量均低于海南,且不同批次4种主要酚类化合物含量变化较大。本研究以多指标酚类化合物来评价槟榔饮片质量,可望为综合开发槟榔新用途提供参考。 The contents of 4 main phenolic compounds in areca nut decoction pieces from different places(Hainan,Guangdong and Guangxi in China,Vietnam and Indonesia)and batches were determined by using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray/quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS)analysis.The results show that the contents of procyanidin B_(1)(2.476±0.090 mg/g),catechin(3.379±0.108 mg/g),procyanidin B_(2)(0.108±0.010 mg/g)and epicatechin(0.454±0.015 mg/g)are the highest in 3 batches of areca nut decoction pieces produced in Hainan,and relatively stable.The contents of phenolic compounds in areca nut decoction pieces produced in Guangdong,Guangxi in China,Vietnam and Indonesia are significantly lower than those in Hainan,and the contents of 4 main phenolic compounds change greatly among batches.In this study,the quality of areca nut decoction pieces is evaluated by multi-index phenolic compounds,which is expected to provide reference for comprehensive development of new uses of areca nut.
