高职院校构建“四维联动四环协同”劳动教育运行机制研究

Research on the operation mechanism of“four-dimensional linkage and four-ring collaboration”labor education in higher vocational colleges

为提升高职劳动教育质量,构建有效劳动教育运行机制意义重大。通过对劳动教育运行机制构成要素的解析和对广东省内高职院校劳动教育现状的调研分析,探索构建高职院校内容、形式、评价、资源四维联动,组织领导、师资建设、督导落实、安全保障四环协同的劳动教育运行机制,以实现劳动教育综合育人目标。

It is of great significance to construct an effective labor education operation mechanism to improve the quality of labor education in higher vocational education.Through analyzing the elements of the labor education operation mechanism and conducting an investigation and analysis on the current status of labor education in higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province,this paper explores the construction of a four-dimensional linkage of content,form,evaluation,and resources in vocational colleges,as well as the four-ring collaboration of organizational leadership,teacher construction,supervision and implementation,and safety assurance,in order to achieve the comprehensive educational goal of labor education.
