轴封橡胶密封元件的数值模拟分析

摘要 将轴封橡胶密封元件服役中涉及的材料非线性、几何非线性和接触非线性等考虑到轴对称有限元模型中,模拟轴与密封件的装配过程,构建力场-温度场模型,并通过耦合计算对接触副的摩擦生热过程进行数值分析。计算得到密封界面上的压力分布,抱轴力、摩擦扭矩和泄漏量以及唇口的温度分布。该方法较为准确地表征了密封元件与桨轴之间的相互作用关系,获得了密封唇口压力与热影响区域,可为船舶推进器密封结构设计、元件选型提供参考。 Considering the material nonlinearity,geometric nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity involved in the use of deep water rubber lip seals into the axisymmetric finite element model,the shaft is numerically inserted into the rubber seal,and the friction heat build-up between the seal and the rotating shaft is simulated by the mechanical-thermal field coupling method.The simulated radial force,friction torque,leakage and lip temperature field are achieved,which provides an effective method to simulate and analyze the friction heat generation of similar rotary lip seals.It provides reference for the design of seal structure and component selection of ship propeller.
