基于ADAMS的茶叶平面圆筛机筛分装置的仿真分析

摘要 为研究四轴平面圆筛机筛分运动特性,通过UG三维建模软件和ADAMS多体动力学分析软件,对一种四轴平面圆筛机的运行轨迹和载荷变化情况进行仿真分析。通过仿真分析结果可知,平面圆筛机在运行过程中筛床质心的运动轨迹、速度和加速度随时间变化的曲线;平面圆筛机的扇形平衡块装配位置与曲柄两轴线形成的平面夹角为0°时,平面圆筛机的机架与地面基础在X-Y平面的动载荷波动最小为-574.9~581.6 N,机架对地面基础的振动较小,随着扇形平衡块装配位置夹角的增大,机架与地面基础的动载荷波动也随之增大;扇形平衡块装配位置的夹角为0°时,平面圆筛机在启动阶段和稳定运行阶段,曲柄上的动载荷波动平稳,有利于平面圆筛机的稳定运行,减少平面圆筛机曲柄上轴承的磨损。可为平面圆筛机的设计及改进提供参考和借鉴。 In order to study the screening motion characteristics of four-axis plane circular sieve machine, through UG three-dimensional modeling software system and ADAMS multi-body dynamics analysis software, the running track and load change of a four-axis plane circular sieve machine were simulated and analyzed. Through the simulation analysis results, it could be seen that the trajectory, velocity and acceleration of the centroid of the sieve bed change with time during the operation of the plane circular sieve machine. When the angle between the assembly position of the fan-shaped balance block of the plane circular sieve machine and the plane formed by the two axes of the crank was 0°, the minimum dynamic load fluctuation of the frame and the ground foundation of the plane circular sieve machine in the X-Y plane was -574.9 ~ 581.6 N, and the vibration of the frame to the ground foundation was small. With the increase of the angle between the assembly position of the fan-shaped balance block, the dynamic load fluctuation of the frame and the ground foundation also increased. When the angle of the assembly position of the fan-shaped balance block was 0°, the dynamic load on the crank fluctuated smoothly in the start-up stage and stable operation stage of the plane circular sieve machine, which was conducive to the stable operation of the plane circular sieve machine and reduced the wear of the bearing on the crank of the plane circular sieve machine. It could provide reference for the design and improvement of plane circular sieve machine.
