摘要
建设现代流通体系是构建双循环新发展格局、实现经济高质量发展的战略基点。立足中国具体实际,数字经济已然成为经济增长新动能。基于数字经济的时代背景和现代流通体系建设的战略导向,本文从理论逻辑、实践逻辑和现实逻辑三个维度探讨数字经济与现代流通体系建设的逻辑关联,从而明确数字经济全方位赋能现代流通体系的运行体系、保障体系和规制体系的实践路径,为我国现代流通体系建设强基赋能,不断拓展中国式现代化的理论和实践,为世界提供中国方案。
The construction of a modern circulation system is a strategic base for building a new development pattern of double circulation and realizing high-quality economic development.Based on China's specific reality,the digital economy has become a new driving force for economic growth.Based on the background of the digital economy and the strategic orientation of the construction of a modern circulation system,this paper explores the logical connection between the digital economy and the construction of a modern circulation system from the three dimensions of theoretical logic,practical logic and realistic logic,to make clear the practical way of the digital economy empowers the operation system,guarantee system and regulation system of the modern circulation system in all aspects.It will strengthen the foundation and empowers the construction of China's modern circulation system,continuously expands the theory and practice of Chinese modernization,and provide China's Solution to the World.
