中国物流业高质量发展水平测度及影响因素

Measurement and Influencing Factors of the High-Quality Development Level of China's Logistics Industry

构建包括发展效率、发展规模、发展贡献和发展代价4个维度的物流业高质量发展水平评价指标体系,利用改进熵权法测度2011—2021年中国30个省份的物流业高质量发展水平,分析其时空演变特征。在此基础上,运用固定效应模型考察物流业高质量发展的影响因素。结果表明:①中国物流业高质量发展水平呈逐年上升态势,年均增长率为6.581%。②三大区域物流业高质量发展水平均实现不同程度的增长,东部地区物流业高质量发展水平及其增速明显高于中西部地区。③2017年以后,中国更多省份开始追求高质量发展,物流业发展逐步由以数量为主导转向以质量为主导。④长期来看,创新能力、数字化水平、人力资本水平、环境规制是推动物流业高质量发展的重要支撑。研究结果能够为政府制定推动物流业高质量发展的政策提供参考。

This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of the logistics industry that includes four dimensions:development efficiency,development scale,development contribution and development cost,and uses the improved entropy weight method to measure the high-quality development level of the logistics industry in 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021,and analyses its spatial and temporal evolution characteristics.On this basis,a fixed effects model is used to examine the influencing factors of high-quality development in the logistics industry.The results show that:(1)The high-quality development level of China's logistics industry is on the rise year by year,with an average annual growth rate of 6.581%.(2)The high-quality development level of the logistics industry in the three major regions has achieved varying degrees of growth,and the high-quality development level and growth rate of the logistics industry in the eastern region are significantly higher than those in the central and western regions.(3)After 2017,more provinces in China began to pursue high-quality development,and the development of the logistics industry gradually shifted from quantity oriented to quality oriented.(4)In the long run,innovation capability,digitalization level,human capital level,and environmental regulations are important supports for promoting the high-quality development of the logistics industry.The research results aim to provide reference for the government to formulate policies to promote the high-quality development of the logistics industry.
