基于知识社会学的《供应链管理》课程思政体系设计与课堂教学实践

Research on the System Design and Classroom Teaching Practice of Curriculum Ideology and Politics of Supply Chain Management Based on Sociology of Knowledge

培养德才兼备的供应链管理人才是我国产业高质量发展的重要保障,提升《供应链管理》课程思政育人效果显得尤为重要。为此,将知识社会学的“生产—再脉络化—再生产”逻辑框架引入《供应链管理》课程思政体系设计之中。具体为:从马克思主义中国化成果、中华优秀传统文化等五个方面挖掘合适的思政元素并与育人目标进行匹配,形成课程思政集;结合《供应链管理》课程的结构特点,构建“一篇一主题、一章一故事/案例、一课多元素”的三级课程思政方案,提升课程思政内在逻辑;灵活运用翻转课堂、情景模拟、案例分析等教学方法,提升学生参与度与育人效果,并给出课程思政课堂教学示例等。

Cultivating supply chain management talents with both moral integrity and talent is an important measure to support the high-quality development of China's industries.Improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the Supply Chain Management course will be crucial.Therefore,the logical framework of“productionrecontextualization-reproduction”of sociology of knowledge is introduced into the research on the ideological and political system of the Course.First,it excavates suitable ideological and political elements from five aspects,such as the achievements of Chinese Marxist philosophy and excellent traditional Chinese culture,and match them with the educational goal to form a curriculum ideology and politics collection.Secondly,based on the structural characteristics of the Supply Chain Management course,a three-level ideological and political plan of“one article with one theme,one chapter with one story or case,and one lesson with multiple elements”is constructed to enhance the internal logic of ideological and political education in the course.Thirdly,it flexibly uses a variety of teaching methods such as flipped classroom,scenario simulation,and cases to improve student participation and educational effect,and provide examples of ideological and political classroom teaching in the course,etc.
