交通道路数字化档案建设研究

随着科技发展和社会进步,交通道路管理也在不断向数字化、智能化方向发展,面对庞大的数据、资料、图表、文件等复杂信息,传统的纸质档案管理方式已难以适应新形势下的多元化需求,因此,交通道路数字化档案建设就显得尤为重要。文章探讨研究了交通道路数字化档案的重要性、建设策略,应用场景描述等,提出交通道路数字化管理应该制定严格的数据采集、处理和储存标准,以确保档案数据的准确性、一致性和完整性;健全数据安全机制,防止数据泄露、丢失或被恶意篡改,进一步优化交通道路档案管理方式,促进交通道路数字化档案提质增效。

With the development of science and technology and social progress,traffic road management is also constantly developing in the direction of digitalization and intelligence.In the face of huge data,information,charts,documents,and other complex information,the traditional paper file management method has been difficult to adapt to the new situation.Therefore,the construction of digital archives of traffic roads is particularly important.This paper discusses the importance,construction strategies,and application scenario descriptions of digital archives of traffic roads,and proposes that digital management of traffic roads should establish strict data collection,processing,and storage standards to ensure the accuracy,consistency,and completeness of archive data;improve the data security mechanism to prevent data leakage,loss or malicious tampering,further optimize the management of traffic and road files,and promote the improvement of the quality and efficiency of digital traffic and road files.
