摘要
针对蒸汽发生器在生产过程中UT检测焊接接头时经常遇到的缺陷,通过静态波形观察和探头在缺陷各个方向上动态波形变化及各探头角度回波幅值的对比,进行数据记录,并对返修过程中真实的缺陷进行反推验证。
In view of the defects often encountered by UT when detecting welded joints in the production process of steam generators,the static waveform observation and the dynamic waveform changes of the probe in all directions of the defects,the comparison of the angular amplitude of each probe,were recorded,and the real defects in the repair process were verified by backtracking.
