摘要
本文采用被动式红外检测技术对制冷管道泄露、蒸汽管道保温层破损与脱落缺陷进行检测;采用主动式红外检测技术对玻璃纤维缠绕气瓶分层缺陷进行检测。结果表明:在不拆除保温层的前提下,红外热像无损检测技术可以有效地检测出低温管道保温层下制冷剂泄露与蒸汽管道保温棉脱落与破损;采用外部热激励的方式可以有效地检测出玻璃纤维缠绕气瓶中的分层缺陷。
This paper used passive infrared detection technology to detect leaks in refrigeration pipelines,damage and detachment of insulation layers in steam pipelines,active infrared detection technology was used to detect delamination defects in glass fiber reinforced cylinder.The results show that the infrared thermography non-destructive testing technology can effectively detect refrigerant leakage under the insulation layer of low-temperature pipelines and the detachment and damage of insulation cotton in steam pipelines without removing the insulation layer;the use of external thermal excitation can effectively detect delamination defects in glass fiber reinforced cylinder.
