脑卒中全程康复护理模式的构建

目的构建脑卒中全程康复护理模式。方法选取该院2018年3月至2019年6月脑卒中患者90例,根据抽签法将其分为常规组和干预组,各45例。常规组给予患者常规护理,干预组给予患者全程康复护理模式,观察比较两组患者自理能力、肢体功能、认知功能与生活质量的变化。结果对脑卒中患者给予全程护理模式后,干预组的ADL评分显著高于常规组,干预组的肢体功能评分显著优于常规组,干预组的MMSE评分显著高于常规组,干预组的SS-QOL评分显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者实施全程康复护理模式能有效提高患者的生活自理能力,明显改善患者的肢体功能与认知功能,进一步提高患者的生活质量,促使患者更好地康复。

Objective To construction the whole course rehabilitation nursing mode of stroke.Methods A total of 90 stroke patients in this hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study object.It was divided into 45 cases in the convention group and 45 cases in the intervention group according to the drawing method.The convention group gave the patients routine nursing care,and the intervention group gave the patients the whole course rehabilitation nursing mode,observing and comparing the changes of self-care ability,limb function,cognitive function and quality of life of the patients in the two groups.Results The Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the convention group,the limb function score of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the convention group,the Mini-Mental State Examination score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the convention group,and the Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)score of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the convention group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of the whole course rehabilitation nursing model for stroke patients can effectively improve the patients′self-care ability,significantly improve the patients′physical function and cognitive function,further improve the patients′quality of life,and promote the patients′better recovery.
