摘要
肿瘤相关性贫血(CRA)在恶性肿瘤患者中发生率高,但是诊断率低,应引起临床医师的重视。对CRA患者进行病因分析,并且对终末期肿瘤患者进行相关检测及加强支持治疗十分重要。对CRA患者进行红细胞寿命测定,可以分析肿瘤类型、恶性程度等不同因素对患者红细胞寿命的影响,探讨CRA的发病机制。然而,既往传统红细胞寿命测定的方法因耗时长并伴随严重的不良反应,未能在临床常规开展,国内外对肿瘤患者红细胞寿命测定的研究亦较少。笔者拟就CRA的不良影响、发病机制,以及红细胞寿命测定在CRA患者的诊断标准、病情评估、治疗原则和手段中的研究现状进行阐述,旨在探讨红细胞寿命测定在CRA患者临床诊疗中的价值。
Incidence of cancer-related anemia(CRA)is high in patients with cancer,but the diagnostic rate remains low,sufficient attention should be paid by clinicians.This is beneficial for the etiological analysis of patients with CRA and enables better targeted treatments.It is very important to detect and strengthen supportive treatment for patients with end-stage tumors.Detecting red blood cell survival in CRA patients allows analyzing the impact of different factors such as tumor type and malignancy degree on red blood cell survival and exploring pathogenesis of CRA.However,previous methods for detecting red blood cell survival were unsuitable for routine clinical practice,because of time-consuming and associated with serious adverse effects.There are few studies on the detection of red blood cell survival in tumor patients at home and abroad.This article intends to elaborate on research status of adverse effects and pathogenesis of CRA,as well as the red blood cell survival measurement in the diagnosis criteria,disease assessment,treatment principles and means of CRA,in order to explore the value of red blood cell survival measurement in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CRA patients.
